SHIPPING POLICY
For shipping we always ship USPS priority or express mail depending on the customer's selection. Extra insurance can be added and we always require hand written signature on all firearms. For Firearms you will need to have them shipped to an FFL of your choice.
We are not liable for anything lost or damaged in the shipping process, so please pay for extra insurance if there are any concerns. Although we have never had any issues with a shipment lost, stolen or damaged, it is a good idea to insure extra on valuable orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are a boutique business. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on firearms or clothing especially on custom orders.
We stand behind all of our work and assure all firearms are in working condition and will be returned in working condition if supplied for custom work. We have the right to refuse any custom work.
We assure you that you will be happy working with us if you let us do our job and we have enough time to complete custom orders.
